My boyfriend and I started a while a ago with our weekend ‘food projects’. We made beef Wellington, Shepherd’s pie and Yorkshire puddings over the past weekends, yesterday, it was time for Scotch eggs.
We wanted to make them from scratch, so we went to the butcher to get the meat. We minced it ourselves, following Heston’s recipe for Waitrose.
They turned out perfectly! I made a few savoury bites as well (the little ones on the photo).
